Delivery

Our standard delivery is second class within the UK. We offer this service at a cost of £5.00 and hope in the near future to bring that cost down further..  We aim to dispatch the next working day after your order has been placed. We will let you know when your books have been despatched. We only ship to UK addresses.  

Returns and refunds

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase.  However, in the event that you aren’t, you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Any returns will need to be in their original packaging.

Please get in touch as soon as possible by email, at enquiries@performancebooks.co.uk, in the first instance, to arrange a return. In the case of damaged or incorrect goods, please include photographic evidence.

You will need to cover any return postage costs, unless the products have arrived damaged, or are incorrect. If you choose to return your items using regular untracked delivery, then please ensure you have proof of postage, as we can’t be held responsible for any items that go missing.

Any refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the items. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
